NOTE TO BROKERS:If you have good buyer contacts overseas then you can make "EXCELLENT MONEY" with us, as we have the lowest prices anywhere. We will appoint you our mandate for your territory after the first completed deal. It's easy to sell quality product at below "world market prices" .We work only with  "qualified" buyers and move a lot of good clean product (no curiosity seekers please).Our ultimate goal is to give the buyers the absolute lowest prices and close multiple deals with the same buying group.Therefore, we pay brokers a GUARANTEED COMMISSION of  25 cents per metric ton on all LOI's referred to us and completed with the introduced buying group.Please do not ask us to change this policy.

Other sellers may possibly offer you higher commissions.But, do you really believe you will ever see a penny of the promised commissions.Remember the old saying, if it sounds too good, it's probably not true.Why waste your time with dishonest sellers,who promise you large commissions up front, but, have no intention of ever paying you anything .This, inspite of their signed Fee Protection Agreements. We also started in the commodity business as a broker and have been disappointed multiple times and felt the pain .We received FPA's from serious sounding sellers and did not receive any commissions at all.Please be assured that we have been in business for over 25 years, are rated excellent with D&B and have always paid our obligations.

Please do not contact us, unless you have a current LOI (less than 10 day old) and a BCL (less than 30 day old)from your buyer to send us.We will sign a NCND only if you have a LOI & BCL from your buyer.

To insure that  we only concentrate only on real buyer's needs,we will only reply to request for commodities, only if you have a LOI with verifiable banking information and a BCL.Unfortunately,an LOI alone without a BCL is not sufficient to start a FCO transaction.In our experience 99% of  LOI's that came to us without a BCL have turned out to be a waste of time for everyone involved. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:Effective immediately,we do not give soft prices.Real commodity buyers know the going market price and should give us their target price.
Also,Please do not call us on the phone asking for our soft price or whether we have a certain commodity to sell.Please be advised,If you see the commodity listed on our website,we have it, if we do not list it we probably do not deal with it.

We will only discuss commodities on the phone, if you are already a established client or are ready to send us a LOI and a BCL.Sorry we will make no exceptions.Our ultimate goal is to concentrate 100% of our time and efforts on real buyer's needs.

In order to better serve you,we request a LOI (Letter of Intent) from the Direct Buyer, on Buyer's letterhead, we need the following to enable us to quote you a firm price.

• Specification of product required.
• Volume of order.
• Packing in bags or bulk
• Shipping Details
• Discharge Rate
• Destination Port Target price
• Exact type of Financial instrument (FFDLC,Standby L/C,bank guarantee,fully funded DLC)
• Full banking co-ordinates including account number,Contact name at bank, Confirming Bank Name and Address if bank issuing LC is not a prime bank.
• Name of Authorized Contract Signatory,performance bond & commissions needed.

Our minimum is 12,500mt per order. We will sign your NCND agreement. Experience the secret of purchasing commodities at far below world market prices. Also a BCL (BANK CAPABILITY LETTER) on bank's stationary is needed to give you our very best price. Upon receipt of both the buyers' LOI and BCL showing that the buyer has the funds to purchase the product, we will expedite the transaction in the most courteous and professional way.Thank you for your business.
